I’m Akemi, half Japanese half Belgian, born in Paris.
I started music at age 5 playing piano, then learned bass, drums, guitar and singing as a teenager.
I also started producing electronic music with my duo project dismaze.
I love playing on a stage so when I’m not in studio making songs, I spend most of my time touring with different artists like Prudence, Victor Solf, Isabel Sörling, Kutu, Lola Le Lann, Naive New Beaters, Soko…
I would really like to live in Japan for a little while, connect to my roots there and discover the music scene in Tokyo.
Beside music, I love sports, food, languages, animals, nature in general.
